Habitat for Humanity is a global nonprofit housing organization working in local communities across all 50 states in the U.S. and in approximately 70 countries.

Our Affiliate

Lebanon Area Habitat works toward this vision by building strength, stability, and self-reliance in partnership with those in need of decent and affordable housing with our Home Repair and Preservation and Home Build programs. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. And our repair and preservation services help homeowners continue to live in safe, decent homes for years to come. 


Executive Leadership

Executive Director

Kristina Breshears is serving her second three-year term. Previously, she served nine years as the affiliate accountant and is part of the Partner Family Selection committee. She brings 26 years of Human Resources and accounting experience to LAHFH. Tina spends time helping run her family trucking business and servicing accounting clients. She is an active member of her church Ignite Hope where she serves as board treasurer and on the worship team. She enjoys community volunteer work, gardening, DIY projects, and spending time with her husband, three daughters, and two granddaughters.

Construction Crew Project Manager

Mike Miller manages our Home Repair and Preservation Program projects and is busy assisting us for an upcoming home build later this year using his extensive experience in overseeing repair and construction projects. An OSU graduate in Geology, he enjoys rock hounding, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family.

Documentation, Grant Writing, Digital Media

Jennifer Puccio performs policy writing, honing business processes, workflows, procedures, grant writing, website design, DEI content, surveys, content management, and social media marketing campaigns. A graduate of UC Davis, when Jennifer is not helping local businesses with grants and content management for her business, she enjoys exploring new hiking trails, kayaking, and home DIY projects.



Alesanne Dugan is serving her second three-year term as president. Previously, she served as board secretary. Alesanne covered city government, school district, courts, crime, and local businesses six years as a reporter and worked as an editor for nine years at the Lebanon Express. Previous employers include Willamette Industries and the National Association of Counties Research Foundation. She is a member of Lebanon Rotary Club and graduated from Western Oregon University. 

Vice Chair

Michael Hill is serving his first term as Vice Chair, bringing financial and business experience with boards, for profit, and non profit organizations. He is volunteering on the Partner Family Selection and Finance committees and looks forward to serving new homeowners in the community.

Arlene Pavlisick is serving her second three-year term as secretary. She is an executive assistant and project manager with the Oregon Department of Corrections. Arlene serves on the Partner Family Selection committee and enjoys singing with the Lebanon Community Chorus, gardening, and writing. An active member of Christ Community Lutheran Church, she serves on the education and mission committees, teaches children's church, and serves as a church elder.


Judith Hill is serving her third three-year term as treasurer and is a member of the Finance committee. Judy graduated from UC Berkeley in Sociology with extensive language studies in Swedish, French, and Spanish. She has worked various staff accountant and tax preparation positions. Other service includes owning an income tax service in Philomath and working 14 years as a finance director for the City of Lebanon. Judy's hobbies include foreign language study and travel, crabbing on the Oregon coast, playing with her grandchildren, sewing, and cooking.

Reverend Debra Vanover  is serving her first term having been on a Habitat board in Kodiak, Alaska. She graduated from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand and has a Masters in Theology and Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary. An ordained Episcopal priest for 23 years, Rev. Debbie worked many years in counseling and corrections fields and served in parishes as a priest and worked extensively as a Chaplain in Hospice and hospitals in the Willamette Valley. She is volunteering on the Community Engagement committee. She enjoys traveling, hiking, playing bridge, and time with her two adult children.

Jerry McPherson brings over 35 years in commercial construction, local 1094, and many of these years in supervisory roles. Companies include: 15 years with Anderson Construction, Hewlett Packard, and he continues his expertise as a volunteer on the Building and Site Selection committees. Born and raised in Lebanon, OR, Jerry attended Judson Baptist liberal arts college and he and his wife Nancy have four children and five grandchildren. In his spare time, Jerry collects American Flyer trains.

Bill Pavlisick is a general contractor that began his association with our affiliate in that capacity in 2008 and currently serves on the Site Selection and Building committee.  A retired highway maintenance supervisor for the state of Colorado, Bill previously served on our board and was Board President from 2010-2011. 

Non Proselytizing Policy

Habitat for Humanity and its affiliate organizations will not proselytize nor will Habitat work with entities or individuals who insist on proselytizing as part of their work with Habitat. This means that Habitat will not offer assistance on the expressed or implied condition that people must adhere to or convert to a particular faith or listen and respond to messaging designed to induce conversion to a particular faith.
